This charming 3-Bedroom, 3-Bathroom cottage has lawn space, air-conditioning, a large private deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The fully-equipped kitchen, freshly renovated in 2025, features a gas range, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The comfortable living room and dining area offers plenty of seating with two sofas and a dining room table with 5 chairs. The master bedroom has a King Bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed, a double bed and a twin sized trundle bed. The cottage is non-smoking and does not allow pets. A washer and dryer is located in the second bedroom and is available for guest use. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests with a maximum of 6 adults.
